If it is a PP reward it needs to be spent the season it was given.
Playoff and 50 win awards are tracked by DBW so those can be stored and saved for future seasons.
I dont want to track PP rewards from previous season.

Spencer So PP's from the 100K thread need to be spent before TC? What about the +15 potential? Can that be issued after TC? I am not sure if we are at 100K posts yet.
