Like I said in the trade thread, I had McDyess twice and without him we're still probably where we would be if he was here. I got laughed at for the deal and for "prioritizing" bringing back Clark in the off season but Clark blocks more shots and rebounds at the same level, while getting 11-12 points as the 4th/5th option. Losing him obviously left us without a starter caliber PF for the rest of this season, but we managed to somewhat survive while adding the 2 picks which I felt was more useful for us in the long run.

I feel like the biggest disappointment for me as a commish is how little some Gms tweak their lineups. I feel like the same players can win 5 to 8 more games if the DC is just right. That's a huge difference.

I still think the Dyess deal could've been fine for OKC. I just don't like that there wasn't much change in the DC. Maybe try balanced or bringing him off the bench.
