His argument is that he didnt go over until Opening Day. SO he wasnt actually over in the offseason. He went over with the OD sim and therefore would get 48 hours. The way I read it is that all the transactions before I sim are offseason transactions and therefore he was over in the offseason and needed to get under by OD. Eh. Seems like a loophole where someone can be at 77.9 with 11 players. You know your going over. But fine. You technically aren't until the sim is starting to happen. You automatically go over sim 1. 48 hours from that. |

I like a universal 48-hour period based on uploads in lieu of some offseason grace period. I think it's the cleanest way to do this. Don't care either which way though.
