Spencer Telfair's handles went from B to B- after camps, any chance this was input wrong by mistake?

Spencer Telfair's handles went from B to B- after camps, any chance this was input wrong by mistake? I have the resignings file still from the draft and his ratings are the same for quickness and passing and his handling is 8 higher. So Im not sure why his grade dropped. |
