When it rains it pours (literally). Works been kicking my ass bc I switched teams. Today was my going away party. I had to no show it bc my basement was flooded. a Company told me last week I didn’t need a sump pump and I could spend the $4k better elsewhere. today pumped out 200 gallons of water from a flooded basement and putting in a sump pump tm.
The good part is I had boxes of my mom’s stuff down there and somehow the pics she left for us remained completely dry in one small area of the floor the water didn’t touch. Pretty crazy

I kinda always assumed people only accepted late because they missed the opportunity. The resignings were only up for so long or the GM was bust. Seeing people look to see how their cap situation is post flip to make a decision seems unfair.
So moving forward no more accepting post flip.
