Tony Allen already kind of does what I want him to do. If I plus 15 him I’m not sure what I get out of it.
Kaman has the bones to be a good player but might need the pot boost more.

Sofo is getting the +15. Debated between him, Al, and giving Jet another +15 for shits and giggles. But I think Sofo needs the boost more to keep improving what he's been doing.
