If you can eat real food now that's a game changer. Mine was 2021 or maybe early 22 and they had me drinking bone broth and shit. I got one coming up. Had some gut issue but doc thinks I’m fine I said may as well do my first a few yrs early. I gotta fast 24 hours and drink some Thing from the pharmacy Mine was also early at 31. I had blood in the stool with no straining or issues otherwise. Doc couldn't figure it out so we did it just in case. Came back clean, it was internal hemorrhoids I think |
