I edited the frenzy rules.
It isn't perfect, and some tanking teams have some players that are eligible that shouldn't be.
The one thing I'm not gonna do is not have a set of prerequisites for a player counting.
If I get into a case by case scenario then people will eventually complain about something.
Hopefully this works for those of you who are currently unhappy with the rules.
