Seems harsh for a tanking team that had a posted deal fall through Its the rule though? IDK. When you know all offseason youre over and you dont get under, this is what happens. it was the rule last time when kobe went over after the deadline yet you made up new rules so you didn't have to penalize him |

I do agree that the situation ain’t good but avoid being the one to stir the pot for 40+ seasons and you wouldn’t be here. He was put in a position where he had to stand by the rule that was made. Last time it has to be changed based on his judgement |

The Hard Cap 1. The Hard Cap is $78,000,000. You cannot go over the Hard Cap. If you do go over, you have 48 hours to get under. If there is an upload where you are over in the offseason, you have until Opening Day to get under. If the first upload with you over is Opening Day, they have 48 hours If you do not get under, you must forfeit your next 2 first round picks(If there are multiple picks I will decide), and you will also lose a player to waivers. You will also lose your MLE and LLE, and all FA privileges (even Bird rights) over the next 2 years. If you go over at the trade deadline, because of a trade, the penalty the is automatically incurred. If you go over the HC after the trade deadline or in the playoffs because of a PG injury you will lose a player of my choosing to FA, 2 2nd Round picks and your MLE and LLE for 2 years. Edited. |

I personally don’t mind you here and don’t think you’ve been as much of a troll in this version. So not trying to say you haven’t been a decent GM and member. But originally it was we will only give Marty a team if no one else exists. What’s your proposed solution? |
