PGs need higher handles to be playable than SGs and SFs. So mediocre handles at PG is borderline unplayable without camps and great TCs. Mediocre handles at SG and SF are very playable.

I think inside scoring and jumpshot for wings is important. Handles for wings is always a possibility but I usually wait for simmage to see.
Handles and jumpshot or 3 point shot for PGs.

I didnt want Livingston to be as good as last version so his TOPG hurt him some. Hes still a top 15 PG.
