who cares spencer wont enforce any HC penalties He doesn't enforce anything pertaining to certain GMs. I guess we can trade future picks that are not on our roster now and post them the following season. LOL he admitted in the trade thread he only enforces what he wants depending on who is doing it, so basically whats the point of rules if its only for some people |

the HC penalty is dumb anyway because you risk that team also getting MIN CAP penalty... imagine if I didnt have Kidd and Barbosa because they retired.. im confused on how you got the HC penalty because the rule is if you over HC in the offseason its automatic penalty at turn of opening season The Hard Cap 1. The Hard Cap is $78,000,000. You cannot go over the Hard Cap. If you do go over, you have 48 hours to get under. I f there is an upload where you are over in the offseason, you have until Opening Day to get under. If the first upload with you over is Opening Day, they have 48 hours
If you do not get under, you must forfeit your next 2 first round picks(If there are multiple picks I will decide), and you will also lose a player to waivers. You will also lose your MLE and LLE, and all FA privileges (even Bird rights) over the next 2 years. If you go over at the trade deadline, because of a trade, the penalty the is automatically incurred. If you go over the HC after the trade deadline or in the playoffs because of a PG injury you will lose a player of my choosing to FA, 2 2nd Round picks and your MLE and LLE for 2 years. |

I’d say it’s hard for one man to keep track of it all. Let’s establish a GM committee to help bring fairness all around. Can implement rules within reason and vote on outcomes so it doesn’t fall on Spence |
