Which, Eric Gregg? Yeah he was Livan Hernandez's favorite. That 97 game in the playoffs is still an atrocity. When he was on I thought I was watching naked gun 1. Just a bit outside. Back in my day Larry Sanders was Garry Shandling. Imagine if he had replaced Letterman on NBC instead of them giving it to Conan? They offered it to Shandling and he turned it down. So Lorne Michaels picked Conan- who was writing for the Simpsons and once worked for SNL. That’s one of those crazy “sliding doors” moments. |
