Nah, we are starting to outgrow the house. No storage, need another bedroom + office. Also want to move closer to the shoreline and get out of my current town come to NJ bro I’m 5 min from the bay and 19 from the beach 🏖️ A little far from work!! |

Looked into an addition but it’s going to cost nearly $400k to add 1k sq ft and that’s disruptive but you prob have equity to do it |

Manas and I had a falling out. I had been checking in with him pretty frequently and his health was failing. When I needed to move out and shot him and a bunch a people a text about knowing anyone that had a spare room for free. He was pretty upset. Said his health was his main concern and I wasn't giving it enough thought when texting him. He said no more texts. I obliged. Then I texted him around his birthday and he didn't respond.
