So all 4 year clocks start next year? This upcoming season 2001 is a grace period. Clock starts for everyone in 2002. |

I think it is. I feel like the year begins with the draft.
So it is currently 2000. This year is 2000.
Next draft is 2001. Next year is 2001. CY starts in 2001.
