Drafted in the 1st round of the creation draft, Pippen was drafted one slot after fellow HOF player Hakeem Olajuwon. Pippen was a great SF, and eventually SG, from the jump as he was able to provide on both sides of the court. Pippen's best season came in his 2nd season where he dropped almost 30 ppg on great shooting splits while providing good rebounding and defense. Pippen was not just a regular season player as in his first 3 playoff appearances, he averaged 29.1 (98), 28.3 (97) and 27.4 (96) points along with being a top steals contributor as well. Showing how good he was in the playoffs, Pippen played a big role in all 3 of his rings. He helped push the Celtics (97) and Hornets (02) to their first rings along with helping the Mavs (99) to win their 2nd of back-to-back titles.
