The Hard Cap
1. The Hard Cap is $78,000,000. You cannot go over the Hard Cap. If you do go over, you have 48 hours to get under. If there is an upload where you are over in the offseason, you have until Opening Day to get under. If the first upload with you over is Opening Day, they have 48 hours
If you do not get under, you must forfeit your next first round pick(If there are multiple picks I will decide), and you will also lose a player to waivers. You will also lose your MLE and LLE, and all FA privileges (even Bird rights) for the next year. If you go over at the trade deadline, because of a trade, the penalty the is automatically incurred. If you go over the HC after the trade deadline or in the playoffs because of a PG injury you will lose a player of my choosing to FA, 2 2nd Round picks and your MLE and LLE for 2 years.
