Sign leftover FA first so I can have 13 and put greg monroe on IR for G LEague
for clarification I was under the impression g league players were automatically put on IR. (Did not even realize Monroe was playing until I actually made the DC) I assume he was not IR because I had only 12 players, but until my HC Penalty was lifted I could not sign any FAs so it was impossible to make 13.
