Utah Jazz 36-21
The Jazz just got one of the best players in the league in LeBron James. James is putting up 27.3 ppg, 10 rpg, 1.9 spg and 1.4 bpg. Deffinately a great player. Props to Jazz for acquiring him. Zach is giving the Jazz 25.1 ppg but his defence is terrible. Pau has been a good big man for awhile now. Solid stats with 16.8 ppg and 12.6 rpg. Chris Anderson is a decent shot blocker with 2.2 bpg. David Lee is a good scorer similar to Zach in a lot of ways. Reddick is a tremendous shooter and Livi is a solid point guard. Cool team. Should do good in playoffs with LeBron on the team.
Minnesota Timberwolves 31-26
Second in the division is Twvoles. From a first glance i notice one thing; they need a point guard. I like the rest of their guys though. Al Jeff is a great big. Putting up 11.8 rpg and 3.1 bpg. Millsap is very good and on a decent contract. Kevin Love looks nice too. PG13 looks like he can be elite very soon with those ratings. Monta is a good scorer. Same with Eric. Almond is great but expiring. Solid team but need a point if they want to make it far in playoffs.
Dallas Mavericks 31-31
500 team with a 31-31 record. They are third in the division. Solid team without a star player. Can Morrison be a star player? Maybe. But his defence is terrible. Nonetheless a very good scorer. Not much else to talk about. Martynas is a very good big with 2.5 bpg and 11.6 rpg. Antoine is on his last legs but a solid player still. Manny and Bledsoe are rookies and look to be okay prospects. Don’t have their pick this year so they need to find a way to win.
Memphis Grizzlies 25-30
Under 500 team with 25-30 record. They have some players i like such as; Amare, Gordon and Miles. Leading the way is Gordon who is a very good shooter. Amare looks like he has grown a lot from his younger years. He is putting up 21.1 ppg and 2.2 bpg with 11 rpg. Sammy D is solid with 2 bpg. Miles is a very interesting player. Good stocks. Good rebounding. Lastly, solid scoring. Nate is a nice player; good scorer. Jeff is in his last year probably. Solid team. Don't think they can make it far if they make playoffs though.
Denver Nuggets 22-32
Nuggets trade LeBron and start their rebuild. Its a shame LeBron didn’t work out for the Nuggets. They get back DeMarcus though who looks to be a near elite big man. Brook Lopez is a very solid young big. Needs to work on his rebounding though. Eddie Griffin should get Nuggets something cool. Paul Pierce and Fisher need to go for a rebuilding package. Not much else to say. They do have a nice bunch of picks though. Solid start to the rebuild.
San Antonio Spurs 13-35
The Spurs have some good young role players. Also, it looks like rebuilding time in San Antonio. Hassan looks to be an above average prospect for the Spurs. Taj is cool. Hansbrough looks like a solid scorer/rebounder big. Thabo is one of the top perimeter defenders in the league. Morrow is a great shooter. After that not much else. They are projected to have a good pick though. So that's something.
Houston Rockets 15-42
Rebuilding time in Houston. Solid spects so far. Monroe looks decent. Probably will only get a bit better though. Yi also looks decent but probably has higher potential that Monroe. Anthony Randolph has potential but how will he turn out? Thad Young is a very good player but at small forward he can not shoot. How will that work out? Barbosa isn't living up to that contract he has in my opinion. They do have a high potential pick though. Solid start to their rebuild.
