1. The Milwaukee Bucks are the best team in the Eastern Conference?
Overreaction
- The Milwaukee had the best sim of any team in Sim 1, but that does not make them the best team in the Eastern Conference. I still think the Boston Celtics are the best team even though the Bucks beat them 125-116 day 2. Now the Bucks have to deal with adversity with newly acquired point guard Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf is out 20 days. The stats say the Bucks are elite, but again iot was only 9 games and their starting PG is out. Lets see how they do with Aaron McKie getting a bigger role. I think the Bucks finish in the top 5 of the eastern conference just not sure how good they actually are.
2. Tracy McGrady is a bust?

- I think the TMac hate is a little too much. He is uncamped, and the guys that went after him have been camped. I believe if TMac was camped before TC like some of these other draftees hed be doing 20+ ppg. Camping before TC is almost a cheat code to guarantee your guys to develop better. I dont know why but guys who get camped before their first Tc seem to always end up really good players, or better then Spencer made them to be. Either way TMac is fine. He probably had 95+ potential coming in and unless his pot dropped 20 points, it couldve, I think hell be a top player in this league by the end of his rookie contract.
3. Spurs are cooked without Michael Jordan?
No Overreaction
- This team is elite with Michael Jordan and not so elite without him. He is out 40 days and honestly without a big trade I dont know if they can survive. Yes he will come back right before the All-Star Break, and they will be back to being elite after that. They will probably be a bottom 6-8 seed until he comes back. They might be able to right the ship and get a top 5 seed once he comes back, but I see them not having home court in any playoff series they play in. Where will they get their scoring from? I'll tell you it wont be Jeff McInnis he is currently shooting 28% from the field. I can honestly say I have never seen that from a point guard in my entire FBB career. Good luck Kobe, you're gonna need it!
4. The Heat will be Lotto.
Overreaction
- The Heat did have some regression from last season, but I do not think they will miss the playoffs. They might have the best big combo in Mourning and Ewing. Their turnovers need to be fixed not sure how Eddy will do that, but i do think hell figure something out. their biggest need is at Sf. If they can find one and play Jim Jackson at Sg they will be right back in the mix as competitors. Their roster is decent and just had a bad sim. Positive regression will start with sim 2.
5. The Kings should rebuild after their start.
Not Overreaction
- Unfortunately the Kings have not gotten the pieces around Shaq to compete. Sure Charles Barkley is a good player, but the rest of that team looks pretty bad. It is unfortunate that nobody can seem to win with Shaq because he was so dominate in real life. Stool should move on from Shaq and get the best youth and pick package possible and start from scratch. He could get guys that fit with Shaq, but he has yet to prove he can even return PMs. Anyways, I think it is a good idea to rebuild fully and just move his 2 good players and tank this season after seeing the draft class and reading notes.
