I mean, the cy has been complained about going back to the last league, no?
I get the view that it isn't good (favors tanking teams) but I believe most asked for a cy change.

No it’s not lol. It’s better to have a late 1st and early 2nd than an early 1st and late 2nd because all of the talent was gone by the late 2nd. And you can trade for another first regardless of draft position? yes it is, if you are winning, you get the elite talent early (cough Jordan), then trade for another elite talent at the back half. 48. Washington - Glenn Robinson 49. Dallas (from New York (from Utah) - Kenny Anderson 50. Golden State (Via Minnesota, from Miami) - Latrell Sprewell 51. Dallas - Larry Johnson 52. Cleveland - Sam Cassell 53. Houston - John Stockton 54. Washington (from Charlotte, Philadelphia via San Antonio) - Laphonso Ellis 55. Orlando (from LA Lakers) - Glen Rice 56. Phoenix - Ervin Johnson 57. Sacramento - Charles Barkley 58.
