The plan is for the CY to return once we have a WL. Short term this is what were gonna do... Playoffs = 1 AC. 50 wins = 1 AC BBS Title = 1 AC They stack.
For every 50 win season your HC goes up by 1 million. MAX 85.
For every sub 40 season your HC goes down by 1 million. MIN 75.
For winners. After 85 you can get a scout on one of your own players. Up to 5 categories. Real actual numbers on 5 categories.Ill need help with No Chill Gil and perhaps one other person to track. |

i'm cool with the rewards but do we really need to have unequal HC restrictions? not a fan of changing the playing field for certain teams

Cool idea but I’d like to see the salary changes happen after x years. I don’t see why a team should lose salary for tanking one year or winning one year

I voted no to HC idea but I like the general idea of an added benefit.
Some alternative ideas
1. Apply the same above but it only goes in after 3 consecutive seasons of success or lack there of
2. Additional LLE for winning teams
3. Extra camp like a 4th ac if you win 50 x years in a row

I'm open to everything here. I agree with Braz on the HC change though. Instead of getting CY'd after 4 losing seasons, you get your HC dropped. It will be easy for me to track too.

I gotta say though... If we are doing all of this just to eventually bring the CY back, then you might as well just keep the CY and give people a free year as a league opening courtesy. The waitlist isn't going to change.

The HC changes are terrible, that actually rewards teams heavily tanking for a longer period.

I gotta say though... If we are doing all of this just to eventually bring the CY back, then you might as well just keep the CY and give people a free year as a league opening courtesy. The waitlist isn't going to change. agreed with this. Give people an extra year. Go until 2003 or 2004 where everyone gets 5 years or something. Just give them a little more time. |

Giving a higher HC for winning would ruin that, you tank for elite talent, then gain benefit of being able to keep them at max, or surround that talent with better talent while keeping them, when thats really what blocks you from doing it even without a CY. |

All players get sick of 4 straight losing seasons and elect for fa, if eligible, and go in with no birds. Can't trade players in their walk years if you haven't made the playoffs 3 straight years
