1. Seasons over. How did you do?
Leon Rose - It was another long, cold, dark season in Charlotte. We started off hot and tried to add pieces like Kittle, but that fell through. It was downhill from there.
Nanz - I would say we did great. Overall we didn’t really have a direction at the beginning of the year but then we went in and got Webber which was huge for us. To me he is a top big although haters hate and in a league where Bigs are hard to come by, he is a great third piece for us with Kobe and Manu. Good season, and hoping for another good TC and see what we can do with a better Manu and Kobe with some depth.
mouse - We ended up 49-33 after starting season 13-14. Took us a while to figure out a DC but moving Horry to PF, and bringing in Rodney Rogers was a great move. Felt like any move we made got criticized but at the end of the day Laettner, Horry, Davis, and Rogers all played a significant part in our success. Even adding Parker for free played dividends as a backup PG for us.
2. What was your favorite part of this season
Leon Rose - The season finally coming to an end. So glad.
Nanz - Trying to get Shaq LOL that thread was a disaster lol. Everyone can have an opinion, but I’ve never seen GMs have more of an impact into a trade than ever before LOL it was truly wild to say the least and I hope Stool figures it out.
mouse - I guess just being able to figure out a rotation that worked for us. Waking up every morning to a .500 sim was getting demoralizing but once we started winning games it felt like a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. Felt like we had way to much talent not to be better.

Leon Rose - It felt like it took forever to have this season simmed. Didn’t enjoy that.

mouse - Early season struggles and maybe felt like this season took longer than most. Also felt like the in season activity on the board wasn't there. I think people were able to do most of the camps they wanted in off season so maybe that played a part.

4. Take a look at the awards. Anything stand out? Surprises?
Leon Rose - No real surprises there. Penny is deserving of MVP I guess. Actually, how was Manu not ROY? Or even Rip? Odd. FBB loves PGs.
Nanz - Webber all league first team PF LETs GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Big time baller no doubt about it. Lakeshow with 2 rookies 2nd team.. Mr. Clack… we see you babay.
mouse - Iverson not being on an All NBA Team. Aside from that I didn't pay much attention to other teams besides mine.

5. Penny was the mvp. Right pick?
Leon Rose - 28/11 and 3 steals. Ya. That’s impressive. Very good player. Shaq could have been an option but have no issue w Penny.
Nanz - I guess so? That guy had a sick season and took the Wizards to 50 wins which is pretty wild. But I Think the MVP should come from the Mavs…. What a season. Give it to the un-flashiest super star Hill with 20 and 10 as a non option or the big boy TB with a crazy season for the Mavs.

Leon Rose - Nothing is a lock in this dumbass game, but they are the favorites. Good squad. Deep. I would be surprised if they don’t win it though.
Nanz - Nobody is a lock but man the Mavs look good! I think they are going to win it for sure lets see this team take it all the way! Pretty sick team without any of the big stars in the league just studs up and down.
mouse - Yeah most likely. Would love to at least get there and try and compete with them but don't see anyone beating them. Stacked team.

7. It was my first season winning. I was excited for a playoff ac. Thoughts on the new incentive?
Leon Rose - Its fine. Whatever helps guys try and win. Need to bring back CY tho.
Nanz - I have no feelings towards it to be honest. The AC is nice tho so I’ll take it! I rather have the CY back but hey I struggle to get Acs so I need it. I won too! I think? Is it just making the playoffs? Or 50 wins? lol
mouse - Love it. It's a nice feeling knowing you're getting a playoff AC, weight room AC, and if you're active and knock out some articles then a couple more ACs there too. Can go into an off season and have a rookie camped out before sim 1. Gonna really try and utilize this on 2nd round picks that show promise just to have cheap depth over these next couple years around our max guys.

8. Do you think players from creation draft will play to an older age vs what we are used to?
Leon Rose - It appears that way. The creation draft players are developing and playing much better than 99% of draftees. The draft classes have been littered with super flawed and raw players, which has hurt teams like myself that decided to build through the draft.
Nanz - It does seem that way. Some of these players are going to 36 etc and its pretty wild. Im thinking they started with higher potential so that they don’t die right away. So yeah I think they will.
mouse - Nah I think it's always the same shit. Once in a while you get some guys that make it into the 40s but with that said I don't see any surprise early retirements either.

9. Did you follow the nba trade deadline! What was your favorite move it so?
Leon Rose -Obviously Bojan coming to the Knicks! Elite shooter and elite spacing on that Knicks squad. Just need to get healthy. I liked the Gafford pickup for the Mavs too. They needed girth.
Nanz - I did but the lakers didn’t make any moves so that’s lame. I guess Dinwiddie might come? Which would be pretty nice! Overall happy for the Knicks tho which is awesome. Love seeing them be good for my pals and NYC.
mouse - To be honest I'm surprised more didn't happen. Bulls should have had a firesale, why bother hold on to Derozan or Vooch? Favorite deal though was probably Dallas getting PJ just cause as a Celtics fan it's hilarious seeing Grant go to a trash team.
