Can we implement winning rewards? 42 wins 50 wins 60 wins Playoffs Conference finals Finals Champion Prob need them to stack for playoffs. But can only claim one of the season total wins. I’ll let someone else suggest the rewards. Ya, rather than punish shit GMs, reward good ones. |

But I'd be fine if a GM decides to never trade. How many of those GMs end up actually winning titles? me i won 3 in the last BBS and i rarely trade With your Rick Barry team you drafted 3 goat level outside players in 3 consecutive drafts. The typical 3 year tank is not that fortunate. Someone's pick will drop or they'll fuck up a pick or the player doesn't develop into much, etc. Can't speak on your other 2 |

The rewards is the tough part I think a small money pot for the Champion is enough incentive, money talks, but getting everyone to put something into the pot is probably impossible |

I’m thinking player rewards and upgrades. Camps. Maybe like 4th ac to player under 25 etc. |

If Spence has time to send screenshots of player pages, 1 incentive could be scouting of players in the league. Could be cool
Still not enough to get someone to stop tanking but I like the idea of rewarding the winners and leaving the tank guys alone

For example if your Winning a lot your prob out of the lotto. But that means you are either moving your picks or drafting later guys.
How do late picks on good teams work out in the nba? They are surrounded by winners and develop.
Could be a +5 or +5 pot to a non lotto pick idk
